Founding Partner
Melissa is a serial entrepreneur and venture investor with a diverse background in the US and China. Most recently she served as a partner at CCV, an early-stage venture capital firm specializing in technology and cross-border investments for three years. Prior to that, she held the position of venture partner at IDG Capital.
As an entrepreneur, Melissa co-founded Tujia, China's largest home-sharing platform, where she served as the CTO. She also held the role of CTO at Escapia, a Seattle-based SaaS startup acquired by HomeAway. In addition, she has held key positions at well-established companies, including principal group program manager at Microsoft, overseeing Bing in China, Japan, and Korea, as well as director of development of infrastructure and backend at Expedia HQ.
Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Tsinghua University and a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Washington.
Technical Advisor
Donghui is a technical expert specializing in cloud native architecture, AI, and infrastructure. With his expertise, he played a pivotal role as the product general manager at Alibaba Cloud, contributing to its successful establishment. Before his tenure at Alibaba Cloud, Donghui served as a senior development manager at Microsoft, overseeing NLP/Office/Bing projects. Additionally, he serves as an advisor to PingCAP.
Donghui holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Mechanics/Computer from Tsinghua University.
Vice President
Hong brings 7 years of valuable experience in the field of Venture Capital. During the past four years, she served as Vice President at CCV, an early-stage venture capital firm, specializing in cross-border and web3 investments. Prior to her role at CCV, Hong worked as an associate at Sinovation Ventures and Future Capital, where she led numerous early-stage investments in the TMT and Consumer Internet sectors. Before entering the venture capital industry, Hong gained financial analysis experience as a financial analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Hong holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Renmin University of China and a Master's degree in Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
